Applications may be denied when there is evidence of abuse, automated submissions, resale attempts, duplicate applications, or attempts to obtain licenses for commercial redistribution.

Application information is used strictly for reviewing and administering the hardship license program.

We do not publicly display applicants, applications, names, hardship explanations, or approval status.
